If you are looking to get data for the QO symbol traded on the COMEX exchange (E-Mini Gold) then you need to use the correct symbol for the service you are connected to. "QO" by itself is not the correct symbol. Use the "File >> Find Symbol" window to find the symbol you want and properly open a chart for it. Or, if you are changing an existing chart, then in the "Symbol" field select the "Select" button to bring up the "Find Symbol" window and find the appropriate symbol in there.
