Engineering: Since Monday, I've had no live Data for CL via Rithmic- data works in R|Trader. I've updated to the latest version. I've checked that the symbol is correct (CLH5.NYMEX). I've deleted all data & redownloaded it. I've opened a fresh chart. Nothing changes- but connecting to the same account via R|Trader shows I have data. Please advise, Thank you. |
