I have had charts vanish no candles. I can see a few daily pivots or lines I drew. I did try delete reset chart no luck to get chart back. I have read through forum and tried time settings as well. I only get background of chart. This issue has happened 4 times. Now I keep a duplicate chart book maybe that might save my chart with lines and notes. Infinity AT charts. Issue happens scrolling back for drawing lines POC M Profile. Removed studies and no candles. Also occurs on separate computers. Thanks, Cliff |
