When you have an Input relating to the "Number of Days to Calculate" in Sierra Chart, it is referring to the number of days that will be included in the initial calculation. It is not about the days on which the information will show. If you do not close Sierra Chart or force a recalculation, then the information that has already been calculated will continue to display and move with the chart.

For example, say you first setup the "Volume at Price Threshold Alert V2" on a Monday and you set the Number of Days to calculate to 1, then it only calculated that one day (Monday). But if you do not close Sierra Chart and you sit down the next day (now Tuesday), the markers are still going to be showing for Monday and for Tuesday.

If you want to remove the information for the previous day and only have the 1 day again, then you need to for a recalculation of the chart by selecting "Chart >> Recalculate".
