This is not related to the problem, however uncheck Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds.

You need to contact your broker/trading service and make sure your CTS account is properly authorized for CME markets. You are receiving a market data reject:
