Support, Please consider additonal functionality that will expand the Disable Auto Trading option. Consider an option that will also support Disable Entries only, and will allow Exits, to include cell J29, Flatten and Cancel Working Orders. The issue is Disable Auto Trading, cell J28, prevents all actions by the spreadsheet, when the most important action is to prevent entries. If the system is in trade and then the Disable function is activated, it will not allow the system to exit based upon the spreadsheet parameters. This is not ideal nor useful. I have set time parameters within the entry formulas, as an attempt to limit entries. However, the unintended consequence is that the system will not show the entry arrows until the set parameter time. Moreover, under the current logic structure, the Count Bars since Event formulas are also deactivated until the system recognizes the set time within the entry formulas. Again, this is not ideal nor useful. I would rather use the Disable Auto Trade cell J28. The current Disable Auto Trade function provides the ability to limit system actions and still provides the visual arrows I expect to see. The additional functionality I seek will provide the necessary Exit option and still maintain the visual representations of potential entries that I can engage, as well as allow continuous functionality of the Count Bars since Event formulas. I don't use the Exit columns to circumvent any Auto Trade issues that can arise, as stated in the literature, "one solution to avoid the Position being reversed when using both Attached Orders and BuyExit or SellExit, when using the Spreadsheet System for Trading study, is to not use BuyExit or SellExit cells. Instead use the Flatten and Cancel Working Orders special Sheet Input to flatten the Position..." found here:Automated Trading Management: CancelAllWorkingOrdersOnExit Thank you. |
