When this occurs, it means that your "Current Selected Service" is set to "SC Data" and it not set to your live trading service. Change your "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings" to be for your trading service.

If you need help setting this up, then we would need to know what trading service you are using so we can point you to the proper instructions.
