It looks like Windows does NOT allow any roll back to previous versions !! It is downloading another update... I will let you know asap to see if the problem is resolved. I let the Windows do the latest update and still the same issue But I CAN ACCESS the settings in the 2nd Instance. So the MAIN INSTANCE is still having the issue. I open up 4 more instances and ALL of them can access the studies & subgraph settings , just NOT THE MAIN INSTANCE...
