Hi John, Thank you for your reply. I've changed all spreadsheet instances to use "0" and they've all be automatically renumbered to the associated chart# Then I proceeded to test the cell reference Sheet#!cell# and it worked just fine You're such an asset for this company - always helpful and respectful!
