Hello, Last Friday I opened my chartbook to trade all charts were fine halfway through the RTH session my chart glitched and now my footprints chart is not showing all the information ( see attached ) I don't know why this has happened. I've exited Sierra Chart and reopened and still the same as far as I am aware all my settings are correct, I am on the latest version, I am using Denali data feed and Teton order routing and I have a live account with AMP so not sure what's going on. can you help please? https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1736872470947.png |
