This should definitely not be occurring. Is there anything special or odd about how you are selecting the symbol in the Quote Board? If you start a new chartbook and setup a Quote Board to link to a chart and change the symbol, do you have the same problem? If not, then please get us the Chartbook where you are having an issue and we'll see if we can reproduce the problem.
