You are not setup for automatic payments. You can verify this by going to the Payments page and selecting the button for "Make Payment" under the section for "PayPal V2 with Auto Billing Support". If you are setup for automatic payments, then you will see two additional button options, one to remove your card and one to stop automatic payments.
