Hi, I know this is of low impact but kind of sends a bad image and quite frankly annoying seeing incorrect account information. What can I do to help get this issue fixed? I can contact the broker and ask about the time of day they update the margin requirements and provide that info back? Or if there is a way I can get that data updated manually (without having to submit real exchange orders), maybe adding that option to a control bar and I would be able to refresh the values manually, that would also be acceptable. Thank you. |
