The next thing to do is to delete the data in both installations to make sure that nothing is missing. We can not say which one is correct or incorrect, so you really need to delete the data in both. To do this, make sure the chart is active and select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Let us know if this resolves the problem or not.
