1. Historical Data (daily candle) is not updating for COMEX, NYMEX, and non-index CME charts. 2. Last month, I reached my max limit for December. Today is only the 2nd day of January, and already shows a number of 367. How could this be? Ie. How is this number calculated? I run no more than 20 symbols at a time and cannot have requested 367 in such a short amount of time. Moreover, the charts have been active throughout the sessions and already download the majority of the data on a real time basis. I am wondering how the number is arrived, and whether it is possible for there to have been an error for January's count. |
