The P/L was over $2000, I had a sell position and suddenly my P/L went to 0 but my position remained active without being able to remove it and error messages appeared each time I clicked in the DoM,

This is because you selected a different account. When this occurred, it is then showing you the information for that selected account, not for the other account that you were working with.

To solve, this you needed to re-select the proper account on the Trade Window.
