You are getting your data from Rithmic, and they have a lack of historical data. Make sure you are not trying to load data further back than a few days. Also, do not use a Continuous Futures Contract with Rithmic data as they do not supply any data for a previous contract. Beyond the above, there is nothing else we can do to help.
