Hi,
I ve been a customer of topstep since yesterday afternoon, I have sierra charts(for a year now a live account of my own) and I cant trade with my topstep account with rythmic. In my live account at sierra I have denali and CQG.
When I put a trade , the trade is not placed and I get this message in the photo that I m sending you with this mail.
Please let me Know what to do.
