From the documentation for that Input: Daily Data: the maximum and minimum values that are used as the denominator in the percentage calculations are determined from the maximum and minimum values determined over the course of the trading day as defined by the Session Times.
In general, the "Trading Day" starts with the start of the "Evening Session".
