i guess im not being clear about the issue im having. i funded my AMP account. theres money there. i paid for package 10 at SC I activated / paid for Denali #2 2 Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for non-professional Trading accounts My problem is taking the next step. i cant connect my software to Denali. Im missing something and cant find it. Ive tried changing options under the Data/Trading Services menu. tried unchecking Trade Simulation (off - live) Nothing i do allows me to connect though to get out of simulation / delayed quotes mode. |
