Thank you @FrozenTundra! I was using the old web panel because on the bottom of the page of https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php it links to the old one. However, the link on Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Web-Based Trading Panel (Mobile Device Access) does show the new one too. I wasn't sure if it was ready but it looks like it is.
