I've completed all the steps to gain access to demo account. I have 2 passwords, one for RTrader and one for Sierra. The Sierra password only works for this Sierra Forum and not the trading software. The Sierra Trader password on Sierra Software shows a pop up window password is not correct, and does NOT pop up using the RTrader password. Usernames are the same. I signed off the 2 documents, I'm a non professional. I also changed the username and password to all caps. Am I missing something?
