I know there is no performance issue with SC, but when I installed update 2716, I did see a lot of lagging with a 'heavy' chartbook 10 charts and one of them using overlay studies (a lot of them). I saw some improvement when I went into each chart and turned off including in chart summary and send to spreadsheet. Still not great. I then updated my nVidia driver and than helped a lot. I had not updated the driver in approx 6 months. FYI - When I was on 2700 and there were no delays with the UI. Support - I do have a 2nd instance of SC installed I use for equities. It only has 3 charts and much less use of studies. It has no UI mouse slow down / delay. Even before I installed the nVidia driver. I have my chart update set to 100, so that should not be an issue. When looking at the Chart performance tab - it shows update usuall 18 - 20 ms - long is 27-28 occasionally. Hope this helps others. JohnR |
