That error is stating that the file is in use and therefore can not be overwritten. This would occur if you started the update outside of Sierra Chart with Sierra Chart still running. Make sure you have exited from all Sub-instances, if you are using any, and then in the Main Instance of Sierra Chart, select "Help >> Download Current Version". That instance of Sierra Chart will close and the installer will come up. You should not have an issue updating in this manner.
