We do not have a way to "pause" a subscription. The Best we can do is to refund your remaining Usage Time in whole month (31 day) increments back to your Services Surplus. For instance, at this time you have 142 days of Usage Time remaining. As such, we can refund 4 months (124 days) back to your Services Surplus leaving you with 18 days of remaining time. Once the 18 days pass, your account will then be put in an expired state. When you return, you can use the funds in your Services Surplus balance to purchase a package and get going again.

Please let us know if you want us to refund the Usage Time.

Also, if you want us to refund the funds in your Services Surplus back to your payment method, we can do this as well. Just keep in mind there is a $5.00 processing fee for payment refunds. Please let us know if you want us to do this as well.
