Good morning. I have recently moved home and my Internet Service Provider (BT) have let me down with installing fibre to the property. This has now been billeted to happen in late January. Whilst I have rudimentary internet, the connection does not cope well with the large amounts of data coming through for my trading. Could I therefore please request a pause in my subscription until such time the internet is installed?
