... @User276793 @User835198 @Ticks Guys allow me this much (I am trader and trading is my only source of income) I am trying to understand SC users using anything else but sheer brilliance of data feed/execution of DENALI/TETON created by SIERRA CHART team The Code they created to handle trades on CME (sorting/declaring "aggressive" nature of those) is unmatched in this business For that reason only I totally switched trading stocks/options (tradestation; 15 years) for trading futures (AMP) Of course your personal reasons led you to prop firms (I never attached myself to that) and I feel very lucky to have them as many as possible because they making my trading so sweet and profitable If you are serious in this business do everything you can to stick to marvel of technology (DENALI/TETON/unmatched SC pricing) even if you have to change your trading domain as I did I assure you that SIERRA CHART is not having me on their salary All this said is my personal take and I never meant to talk down or teach/preach anyone In the end to tell you guys how much I admire SIERRA CHART allow me: I can't stand their political/philosophical/life take expressed by STICKY NOTES on the top but for DENALI/TETON I can endure everything All the best stay safe (hoping SC won't get mad at me) |
