Rithmic is the only options for Apex with SC. I have been using prop firms for a while and this has happened a few times in the past. Usually resolved in a couple days. There is a solution. Download Rithmic trader pro dashboard up showing window for open positions. If you have a problem closing a positing you can do it from the Rithmic dashboard, or at least i was able to...... Apex put a video on Apex discord regarding this. There is a trick when on the login screen for Rithmic a setting needs changed so you can run Sierra and Rithmic pro at the same time. I am not on my trading computer and just about to catch a flight so i can not pull it up to give better description , sorry. Hope this helps but in any case it is rare when this problem occurs thank goodness |
