The option for "Signal Only Once Per Bar" applies to each column individually. So the only reason you would be getting that message is if the Buy/Sell Exit condition was True at some point within the bar prior to when you actually wanted it to be. We have just tested this again recently to ensure it is working properly and it is. Therefore, you need to look at how your conditions are functioning in order to ensure that this is working properly for you.
