Attached is an image of the "Chart Tab Color" changed to pink and then selecting Apply to apply it to the non-selected tabs. Let us know if you are changing this item and the non-selected tabs are not updating after you select Apply. The background for the Compact Tool Values Window is controlled through the "Chart Values Window Background Color".
