We can see why this might have happened and we will fix this in the next release.

However, one of the main problems is that there are a lot of historical daily requests which are being done. You must be working with a lot of symbols and many years of historical data.

One thing you can do is exit from Sierra Chart and delete the Sierra3.CFG file and start with the default configuration. This will perform a reset.
