You would have to change your "Background Coloring Method" to use one of the "Actual" methods. The particular choice depends on what you want to view exactly, such as the "Based on AskVol BidVol Difference - Actual". Then set the "Actual Volume Compare Thresholds" to what you want to see along with the specific coloring. For instance, from your example, if you want to color the background when the actual difference is +/- 25, you would set the Actual Compare Thresholds to the following: 0, 0, 25 And set your colors to have the "Range 3 Up/Down" colors as you want an the rest the same as the background.
