Thank you for considering this issue, but I implore you: please take a look at the video. The purpose of its length is to provide you with countless examples in the hopes that you see the same issue from many aspects in those 25 minutes. You don't need to see the whole video to establish that my Sierra is running smoothly and is NEVER frozen. In fact that is how I could interact with it, try to close a trade after price crossed its Target. And itself that price is moving and moving thru my the Target without being filled shows that Sierra is not frozen. The same is true of the Main Instance that is running on other screens. Something important to clarify about "Orders Sent": These are ALL BRACKET ORDERS. So I am not sending anything new, that has not already been sent, BEFORE THE FILL. Plus Order Modifications are rare in these examples. Yet price crosses and there is no fill. Here is a Summary of what you see in the Video: 1. the Screen Recording I started because the Evaluator Issues caused a 20 point loss on the daily P&L. 2. This loss is what you see in the beginning. 3. The Emulator is working again properly and I am moving up, halving the loss. 4. @2nd Minutes in the Video I enter a Long Bracket, its Target1 gets reached & executed, leaving 1 contract but Target2 doesn't work, so I try to Flatten, but end up with another Long contract. 5. I try to Flatten multiple times, but it I only get Sell Lines and no execution. Then price even hits the Stop and suddenly I am SHORT 2 contracts and price rises. 6. I flatten the 2 SHORTS and end up with again 20 points loss on the daily P&L. 7. The Emulator is working again properly and I am moving up, reducing the loss to 7 points. Take a look at the details of the Example @10 minutes & 34 seconds: 1) @10.34: Bracket enters Long Trade with 2 contracts 2) @10.35: price is at entry but doesn't show Fill 3) @10.37: price goes higher, but now the Emulator shows a Fill and an immediate Target1 hit, leaving 1 contract. 4) @10.51: price returns to Entry, Stop is moved to BE, but no Stop-out yet. 5) @10.54.0: Stop-out executed, leaves daily P&L $-5 points, but Target2 is left in place. 6) @10.54.8: price reaches Target2, that still shows as Active 7) @10.59: I'm trying to cancel Target2 Sell 8) @11.00: suddenly 1 LONG contract APPEARS, & shows a P&L of 18 points!! 9) @11.08: I press the Flatten Button & a Sell order appears at Current Price, price criss-crosses it 10)@11.19: Target2 finally disappears from the DOM, Sell Order is still active 11)@11.21: Sell Order finally disappears and daily P&L returns to previous level of $-407. 12)@11.30: suddenly 1 SHORT contract APPEARS from the Sell Order's level, showing profit of 4 points. 13)@11.38: I press the Flatten Button & it immediately executes, leaving daily P&L of $-5 points. 8. I continue and the Emulator is working again properly and I am moving up, reducing the loss to 1.5 points. Take a look at the details of the Example @20 minutes & 27 seconds: 1) @24.27: I enter a Bracket SHORT with 2 contracts. Even thou price is past it: there is NO FILL. 2) @24.37: the Emulator finally shows the 2 SHORT contracts, but the Stop above has already been crossed and now price is again at entry. 3) @24.41: price crosses Target1, but NO FILL while still showing the Stop above as INTACT. 4) @25.07: after price continues down I place 2 Buys (BRACKET) for immediate fill 5) @25.10: price has criss-crossed my 2 Buys but NO FILL. 6) @25.20: price has again criss-crossed my 2 Buys but sill NO FILL. 7) @25.40: I press the Flatten Button and 8) @25.42: the Emulator shows Flat Position and the daily P&L shows -15 points. |
