We need to know, when you see an order with the status of "Order Sent", is Sierra Chart in an operable responsive state? In other words can you interact, with menu commands and open settings Windows through Global Settings? This is all that we need to know. If you see an order with an status of Order Sent for any longer than one second, then this is definitively a network connectivity issue. This is completely impossible to occur because Sierra Chart is not going to send additional orders if there is already an existing order which will close the position: then using the Flattening function just makes it worse, as after the Evaluator finally closes the original trade, one ends up with a Position in the opposite direction, holding AS MANY CONTRACTS as many times I pushed the Flatten Button.
Once again this really is an impossibility and there is something else going on that we do not understand in your particular case. The Trade Activity Log should make it clear as to what the issue is.We cannot look at the video. It is too long. And in general we do not accept videos. There could not be a problem, with the Trading Evaluator service like you are describing. That is completely impossible and we do not observe any such issue. And you cannot also be creating a new position with using Flatten repetitively. That cannot happen either. There is not even a known case of this. And it is clear based upon the status of "Order Sent" for an extended time there is a network connectivity issue.
