Hello, I am having a problem is trading my APEX PA accounts on Sierra charts. Late last week i had a trade on and hit flatten to close and the bracket order did not get canceled when i closed the trade. Yesterday i was copy trading a group of 13 Apex PA accounts when i got stopped out 7 of the 13 kept treading and the accounts got blown without me even knowing there was an open trade on... Just now i tried to close a trade with 3 accounts linked and it would not close. the charts also froze up and when it did close i was at a loss even though the chart had me at a profit.... I updated it this morning before i started trading. My PC is up to date I have no clue what to do!!!! |
