UPDATE 11/19/2024 Problems root cause seems tied to wine, because I've found a way to resolve using a different window manager. With Gnome Default window manager (available when logging to ubuntu), I can switch desktops. When I have black window charts, I switch desktop and.. Tadaaaa ! chart appears.
