This should not be occurring. Everything on your account looks good, so you should be able to get the full number of days regardless of what service you are connected to, as you are getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data feed (assuming this is a product traded on the CME Group). What is one symbol for which you have this problem. We need the symbol exactly as it is entered in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol".
