There are multiple ways to clear the entire Recent Bid/Ask columns. We did not think that was what you were looking for. To start with, there is a menu option for "Trade >> Clear Recent Bid/Ask Volume". There is also a default keyboard shortcut of "Alt-N" associated with this. You can change it in "Customize Keyboard Shortcuts". There are also Control Bar button options for "Clear Current Bid/Ask" and "Clear Current Bid/Ask - All Symbols".
