There is no option in which you can view candles with the TPO. The TPO uses a special time scale, so this can not be done. You can come close to the idea of the candles by viewing the TPO with "Letters/Blocks in Own Column". This will give you each letter that makes up the sub-period as essentially a candle. You can then mark the open of each sub-period to view that specific item.
