The underlying problem is that CQG has made a price formatting change for copper and silver. We have made the necessary changes on our side. 1. Restart Sierra Chart. 2. After the restart wait about 10 seconds and then apply the updated symbol settings to the charts following these instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateChartSettingsSteps 3. Set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to "AMP CQG". This way you will no longer get delayed historical data . The data will be real-time and you will get the corrected data. 4. After all these changes, go to the charts that are showing inaccurate data and select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.
