We assume by "SFTS" you are referring to the "Simulated Futures Trading Service". In which case, the answer to the last question is "Yes", you can run a replay while connected to the "Simulated Futures Trading Service", but the system will be put in "Simulation Mode" during the replay, so you will be testing with the Simulation accounts, not with your Simulated Futures Trading Service account.
