I had a Eurex Denali subscription, I cancelled - the month is almost up. I had a 36 dollar package, I downgraded to 26. What I want to achieve right now is to use the SFTS on delayed EUREX and CBOT data. So that I can replay even on data from months ago. (that I haven't downloaded yet) But whenever I connected to Data Service - Evaluator Delayed, I get an orange warning box about not supporting market data subscriptions. This is on charts that previously on SC All Data, would load up data fine. and if I try to replay, I can't get any data on the chart. What should I do?
