I haven't ever touched the Lock Fill Space setting and just checked and it's not enabled on any of the charts. I installed another installation of SC not long ago for a TopStep eval and it didn't have that issue there, so that makes me think it's something to do with the settings. Similarly, it doesn't happen on my sub-instance.
