You are getting the EUREX data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed since you have the EUREX exchange active. You are NOT getting the data for CL from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, as you do not have any exchanges for the CME Group activated. Therefore, you are getting your data from Interactive Brokers and they do not have historical Bid/Ask information, hence the result is what you are seeing.
