Hello! I have live data up and running, with my Sierra account linked to my broker (Edgeclear). I am trying to connect to a prop firm (Apex Funding) using Rithmic. However nothing shows up in the server list under the Data/Trade Service settings, after selecting "Rithmic Direct - DRC [trading]" as the current selected service. Do you know why this is, or how I can fix it? Screenshot attached. |
