Hello Sierra, A couple of points: 1) The issue relates to the "Study/Price Overlay" study which is a core study. The study not potentially functioning correctly is not a specialized issue. 2) To manage expectations, instead of replying with "We will look this over as soon as we can.", perhaps provide a time estimate which you have in your latest reply. Your first reply of "... as soon as we can." implies a matter of days, not months, or years. Thank you |
