There is nothing for us to solve. The main issue you have is that you are on Package 3 (Base Standard). As such, you are not able to get any real-time data for the exchanges that are part of our Denali Exchange Data Feed. To do this, you need to be on one of the "Integrated Packages". Refer to the information on the Integrated packages at the following link:

Also, in terms of the funds you have spent with us, for some reason you have added 2 additional months of Usage Time to your account. This is not a problem, but it is where the extra $72.00 went. There is no need to add funds if you want to change packages. Refer to the information at the following link for how to change a package:
