The problem is your "Numbers Bars" study. It is not set to show anything - you do not have any text or background coloring set, so nothing is being drawn. Also, if you Hide a Numbers Bars study, the system will still not display the candles. You need to remove the Numbers Bars study in order to have the candles showing again.
