From help file: "Move the Pointer to the desired Stop price and left-click the Pointer. Move the Pointer to the desired Entry price and left-click. Move the Pointer to the desired Target price and left-click to complete the drawing." When I left click the second time at the desired entry price, the drawing from the RR tool disappears. See attached image. That is what I see after the first click. It vanished on the second click
