when trying to open an HSI-202411-HKFE daily chart, i get the attached error message Download Failed Error Downloading historical Daily data for HSI-202411-HKFE. Error user is not authorized to execute query for one or more of the specified symbols i have market data subscribed and minute data works just fine. please advice
